Partner Temporary Visa (Subclass 820) and Permanent visa (subclass 801) for applicants in Australia

These visas are for those who want to stay in Australia with their partners who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or qualified New Zealand citizens. Subclass 820/801 visas are your partner visa options. If the relationship is still real and lasting two years after you applied for the partner visa, a permanent visa (Subclass 801) may be granted.

These visas are for persons from other countries who desire to come to Australia and stay with their partners who are Australian citizens, permanent residents, or qualified New Zealand citizens. Subclass 309/100 visas are an option for you. If the relationship is still real and ongoing two years after you applied for the partner visa, a permanent visa (Subclass 100) may be granted.

Prospective Marriage Visa (Subclass 300) for applicants outside Australia

This visa is for persons from other countries who want to marry their fiancées in Australia. Their fiancé must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a citizen of New Zealand. In Australia, a Notice of Intended Marriage must be filed with the appropriate government. After receiving this visa, the applicants must marry and apply for a Subclass 820/801 visa within 9 months of receiving the Subclass 300 visa in order to reside permanently in Australia.
